Your base account currency is set during registration and cannot be changed afterward. If you need a different base currency, you can open a new sub-account in the desired currency from your dashboard settings. Supported currencies include USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and NGN.

To delete your account, first withdraw all funds and close all open positions. Then contact support via email at support@virexontrade.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We'll process it within 5 business days. Note: account data is retained for 5 years per regulatory requirements.

Leverage varies by asset class: Forex majors up to 1:500, Forex minors/exotics up to 1:200, Crypto up to 1:100, Stock CFDs up to 1:20, and Index CFDs up to 1:100. Leverage can be adjusted in your account settings. Remember: leverage amplifies both gains and losses.

Forex markets are open 24/5 (Sunday 10pm to Friday 10pm GMT). Crypto markets trade 24/7, including weekends. Stock CFDs follow the exchange hours of their respective markets (e.g., US stocks: 9:30am–4:00pm ET). Index CFDs are available nearly 24 hours on weekdays.

Yes! Every new account automatically receives a free demo account with $10,000 in virtual funds. The demo mirrors live market conditions — same spreads, same execution speed, same platform features. There's no time limit on the demo account, and you can reset the virtual balance at any time.

VirexonTrade provides negative balance protection on all accounts. If extreme market movements cause your balance to go below zero, we automatically reset it to zero. You can never owe us money — your maximum loss is limited to your deposited funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Delivery times depend on the method: crypto withdrawals arrive in under 1 hour, e-wallets are instant to 24 hours, card refunds take 1-3 business days, and bank transfers take 1-5 business days depending on your bank.

VirexonTrade does not charge withdrawal fees for most methods. For bank wire transfers, a $25 processing fee applies for amounts under $500. Crypto withdrawals are completely free — we cover all blockchain network fees. Any third-party fees from your bank or payment provider are outside our control.

Common reasons: (1) Your account verification (KYC) is incomplete — complete it to unlock withdrawals; (2) You have open positions using the funds as margin; (3) The withdrawal exceeds available balance; (4) First-time withdrawal requires additional verification. Contact support if your withdrawal has been pending for more than 48 hours.

For anti-fraud compliance, withdrawals must be returned to the original deposit method up to the deposited amount. Any profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn via bank transfer or crypto. If your original payment method is no longer available, contact support with documentation.

Yes. VirexonTrade employs bank-level security: 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), hardware security key support (YubiKey), SOC 2 Type II certification, and cold storage for crypto assets. Client funds are held in segregated accounts at tier-1 international banks, completely separate from company funds.

Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. You can enable 2FA via authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) or hardware security key (YubiKey, Titan). We strongly recommend enabling 2FA — it adds a critical second layer of protection to your account. SMS-based 2FA is also available but less secure.

Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page, enter your registered email, and you'll receive a reset link within minutes. The link expires after 1 hour. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder. If you also lost access to your email, contact support with your account ID and verification documents for manual reset.

Immediately: (1) Change your password from a secure device; (2) Enable or reset 2FA; (3) Contact support via live chat — say "unauthorized access" for priority routing; (4) Review your recent login history in Settings → Security → Login Activity. We can freeze your account and investigate within minutes.

Copy trading lets you automatically replicate the trades of verified top-performing traders in real-time. When you copy a trader, every trade they open is proportionally executed in your account based on your allocation. You remain in full control — you can stop copying, close individual trades, or adjust your allocation at any time.

Browse our Discover page to view ranked traders with detailed performance metrics: total return, win rate, drawdown history, risk score (1-10), trading style, and verified track record. You can filter by asset preference, risk level, and time period. We recommend diversifying across 3-5 traders with different styles.

The minimum amount to start copying a trader is $50. This ensures that trades can be proportionally replicated at meaningful position sizes. You can increase or decrease your allocation at any time. There's no maximum limit — allocate as much as you're comfortable risking.

VirexonTrade does not charge additional fees for copy trading. You pay the same spreads as regular trading. Traders you copy may earn a performance fee (typically 10-20% of profits they generate for you), which is automatically deducted. This fee only applies when the copied trader is profitable for you.

Your copied positions will also reflect losses proportionally. However, you can set a maximum drawdown limit (e.g., stop copying if losses exceed 30% of your allocation) — this automatically stops copying and closes all positions from that trader. You can also manually stop copying at any time. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.
